Competition Sparring (Kyorugi)

I prepare students for real competition by focusing on Kyorugi (sparring) techniques. We practice with full protective gear in controlled sessions to build confidence, learn scoring, and understand match rules.

Mastering the Art: Poomsae & Technical Drills

Taekwondo starts with strong basics. We focus on mastering Poomsae (forms), which are sequences of fundamental movements, stances, blocks, and strikes that build discipline and precision.

Earning Your Stripes: Belt Grading Tests

Beyond Kicks: Knowledge & Discipline

I believe in teaching the 'Do' (the way) of Taekwondo, not just the 'Tae' (foot) and 'Kwon' (fist). Students learn the rules, Korean terminology, and the philosophy behind the art.
