On-Table Drills: Building Your Game

Here, we focus on the core of table tennis. I guide players through repetitive drills for forehand, backhand, topspin, and footwork until the movements become second nature. We use multiball training and robot drills to sharpen reflexes and build consistency.

Beyond the Table: Fitness and Conditioning

A great player is a great athlete. We build the physical foundation for table tennis through targeted exercises for agility, stamina, core strength, and balance. This includes everything from ladder drills and skipping to specific isometric and bodyweight workouts.

Starting Young: Fundamentals for Kids

It's never too early to start. I have specific programs for children as young as four, focusing on building hand-eye coordination, balance, and a love for the game. We use fun drills and a patient approach to get them started on the right foot.
