My Story
You know, owning The Pizza Studio is a mad ride. I wake up, chug coffee, dash to the kitchen, sometimes chase after the perfect flowers for that killer table setup. Some days, I'm inventing wild stuff like truffle malai soya chaap, or tasting new coffee for the studio. Not always glam – last-minute orders and rainy chaos, even cooking under umbrellas! But when I see guests loving the grazing table, and even the family dog passed out happy, I know it's worth every bit. Started with pizza and desserts, now we do so much more. Yeh sab dil se hai (This is all from the heart).
