Our poolside cabanas offer more than just a view. When you book a private cabana for your group, the entire package price converts to full credit for our à la carte menu, so you are free to explore our tapas, mezze platters, and craft cocktails without worrying about rigid set menus.
Whether you are planning a relaxed evening with friends or a lively celebration, Aqua is designed to break the mold. As India's first luxury boutique hotel, we take our poolside experience seriously.
At our dedicated Agave Bar, we push the limits of traditional cocktails. Our mixologists blend smoky mezcal and tequila with local ingredients like Coorg vanilla, Mysore betel leaf, and Byadigi chilli. You will find 10 different craft beers on tap and a global menu that features everything from thin-crust pizzas to authentic Indian grills.
If you are joining us for a weekend sundowner, expect high-energy sets from local DJs that shift from deep house to commercial beats as the sun goes down. We also host themed food festivals throughout the year, such as our Burger and Beer Fest.
