Why I Do What I Do
We see so many kids struggling to read English confidently, even after years in school. To me, that's not okay. I want to help children build a strong base, so they carry confidence in English wherever they go - not just for marks, but for life.
How We Learn
- We always start from zero, no matter your child's age or level.
- For younger kids, I focus on phonics reading strategies, spelling through sounds, and making pronunciation clear using fun tools like my Sound Wall chart. No rote learning here - bas samajh ke seekho (just learn by understanding).
- For older students, we dive into English grammar basics, sentence formation, and creative writing for kids. Spoken English practice is a big part too - public speaking, everyday conversation, and vocabulary boosters.
My Teaching Style
I don't believe in rushing or pressure. Every child goes at their own pace, and I always give personal attention, whether online or in-person. Classes are interactive - lots of activities, quizzes, and even tongue twisters. Step-by-step seekhenge (we’ll learn together, step by step).
Extra Support
I’ve written 'The Phonics Master', a book for kids and parents to tackle pronunciation and spelling at home. All needed worksheets and materials come from me, so you never have to scramble for resources.

My Story
Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh! We started The Kaur's Academy because teaching is heart work for us, not clock work. Saw how kids struggle with reading, not because they’re not smart, but because teaching misses the mark. That’s why we wrote 'The Phonics Master' and made it our mission to build confident learners. We don’t rush, we build concepts and make learning fun. Ups and downs, we wade through together.
