Aqua Aerobics & Strength Training
This is my most popular class, focusing on low-impact, high-resistance workouts. We use equipment like aquatic dumbbells and pool noodles to build muscle strength and improve cardiovascular health without stressing your joints.
Aqua Zumba & Group Fun
Think of this as a pool party where you also get a great workout. I lead high-energy, dance-based routines that are all about having fun while burning calories in a lively group setting.
Aqua Yoga & Relaxation
For a calmer pace, I offer Aqua Yoga sessions that use the water's buoyancy to help you stretch deeper and improve balance. It's a perfect way to increase flexibility and find relaxation.

Our Pools & Facilities
I conduct classes in clean, well-maintained swimming pools suitable for all our aquatic activities. The pools feature both shallow and deep ends, ensuring a safe environment even for non-swimmers.
