Gentle Joint Recovery & Stability
If you are coming out of an injury or dealing with cranky knees, ankles, or shoulders, this is for you. We use controlled, low-impact routines on equipment like the Stability Chair and Cadillac to build strength and stability around the joints without pain.

I am passionate about creating exercise programs for seniors that are not only safe but also fun and empowering. Using gentle movements from Pilates and Gyrotonics, we work to improve mobility, balance, and overall strength, so you can feel more comfortable and confident in your daily life.
Gyrotonics: Fluid & Rhythmic Movement
Gyrotonics is a unique system that uses specialized equipment to guide your body through flowing, circular motions. It is brilliant for injury recovery and spine work, as it helps decompress joints and improve your body's rhythm and awareness through coordinated breath.

My studio is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Pilates machines including the Cadillac, Reformer, Stability Chair, and Ladder Barrel. This variety allows us to create highly customized workouts that challenge your body in unique ways, from building core strength to improving flexibility.

My Continuing Education
I am a lifelong learner and am committed to bringing the latest movement science to my clients. I regularly attend advanced training courses with master instructors from around the world to deepen my expertise in therapeutic applications for the shoulder, spine, and pelvis.
