My Story

Namaskar, hum hain Sivapta Yoga and Wellness Centre. Yoga humare liye sirf exercise nahi hai, yeh sharir, mann aur atma ka milan hai - jaise Prayag ka sangam. Hum maante hain har cheez mein urja hai, kapde tak. Isliye hum simple aur sattvik vastra pehna pasand karte hain. Hamara maksad hai sirf physical problem nahi, poori zindagi ki lifestyle aur soch ko sudharna. Yog ek yatra hai, bas chalte rehna hai.

Jadd se ilaaj (Healing from Root) - Bimari ke lakshan nahi, uski jadd par kaam karte hain. Poorn swasthya hamara goal hai, na ki temporary relief.

Ritucharya & Aahar-Vihar - Har vyakti ke sharir aur season ke hisaab se ritucharya based diet plan aur lifestyle par focus karte hain.

Panchakarma & Shatkarma Detox - Vaman kriya, Shankh Prakshalan, Basti jaise techniques se body ko andar se saaf karte hain.
