I collaborate with regional experts to bring the authentic and diverse cuisines of South India to your event. From a live paniyaram station showcasing Chettinad spices to a coastal seafood bar, each dish is a tribute to its origin, prepared with traditional techniques and the freshest ingredients.

My Pan-Asian stations offer a journey through the diverse flavors of the East. I create interactive experiences like a build-your-own hot-pot bar with premium meats and fresh vegetables, alongside delicate dim sum and comforting bowls of Burmese Khao Suey or Darjeeling-style Jhol Momos.

The Dessert Indulgence Cart
