  • Holistic approach covering techniques, strength conditioning, and injury prevention
  • Regular belt upgradation opportunities
  • Expertise in weapons training, particularly bo staff

Ideal For

Individuals seeking structured martial arts training, especially those interested in learning traditional Karate while building physical fitness and mental resilience.

Additional Details

Training includes strength conditioning with equipment like dumbbells and kettlebells. I emphasize proper recovery techniques and injury prevention as part of the holistic training approach.

My Story

Family is my anchor—my husband, my boys Aarav and Zahan, and our crazy dog. Time flies, especially when Aarav’s running marathons with me, or just pretending to! I’m all about soaking up the ‘masti’ (fun) with my kids, playing, laughing, getting messy. I’m a mother, friend, sometimes a total ‘khatron ke khiladi’ (daredevil). I don’t believe in being ‘abla’ (helpless). Women have guts, and our real power comes from love, life, and just showing up every day.

My Work

Martial Arts & Self Defence Training - I teach Karate, weapon forms, Jiu-Jitsu grappling, and focus on women's self defence classes.

Empowering Women - My workshops help women build confidence and strength. Apni izzat apne haath mein.

Hands-On, Practical Learning - We do, we learn. My style is all about practical karate training and adapting with every move.

Consistency & Practice - Strength comes from showing up and repeating. One rep at a time, even on lazy days.
