Inversion & Arm Balance Mastery

This is where we turn the world upside down to find our center. I provide step-by-step guidance for mastering inversions like Shirshasana (headstand) and Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand), as well as challenging arm balances like Bakasana and Tittibhasana. We focus on building the necessary core and shoulder strength with proper alignment to practice safely and with stability.

Deep Backbends & Spinal Flexibility

In my classes, we work on opening the heart and creating a strong, supple spine. This cluster shows our work with deep backbends like Kapotasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana, as well as flexibility postures like Hanumanasana. I teach how to use props and correct alignment to safely increase your range of motion, releasing physical and emotional blockages.
