My Story

You know, I started Sharmi's Happy Meals ‘cause I just couldn’t get over those deemer kawsha from Bengal fairs. Baba always dragged me away - 'Pet kharap hobe!' (You’ll get a tummy upset!). Now, I cook what I missed, and every dish has a story – from Pui Shaakeyr Chorchori (learned from Thakumoni) to Shobuj Aloor Dom (honeymoon memories). It’s all about simple Bengali food, with a side of nostalgia and a lot of love.
