The Art of Alignment: Yoga with Props

I believe props are our best friends in yoga, helping us find safe alignment and explore poses more deeply. We use chairs, ropes, blocks, and bolsters to adapt each asana to your unique body, making the practice accessible and healing for everyone. This is how we practice with intelligence and kindness.

Going upside down can change your perspective, calm your mind, and build incredible strength. In my classes, we explore inversions and arm balances with careful guidance and the use of props to ensure safety. This is where we learn to trust ourselves and find our inner power.

Deep Restoration: Yin & Restorative Yoga

This is the practice of slowing down and surrendering. In my Yin and Restorative classes, we hold gentle poses for longer periods, using plenty of props for support. This allows us to target the deep connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and find a profound sense of peace.
