Private Pool and Balcony Spaces in Siolim
This is my personal retreat when I need to disconnect. You'll find a resort-style pool and quiet balconies perfect for long, slow mornings with a cup of chai.
A video tour of the beautiful swimming pool within the complex. Surrounded by palm trees and well-maintained gardens, it's a fantastic feature for a relaxing short-term vacation home in Goa.
The main balcony is a highlight, offering a private outdoor space to relax. The view of the trees and the quiet setting make it a perfect escape.
This cozy corner on the second balcony is my personal favorite for some quiet time. It's a small but charming space to disconnect and enjoy the Goan climate.
About Pool & Outdoor Spaces
The pool area is my absolute favourite for quiet evenings, surrounded by palms and stone statues that make it feel like a private oasis. My balconies, however, are where I spend my mornings—one is setup for quiet reading, and the other is just perfect for enjoying the Goan breeze. It's a simple, gated setup that gives you the peace of Siolim while keeping you close to the beach vibe.
Why I Chose This Space
I didn't want a cookie-cutter hotel room. When I bought this apartment in Siolim, my goal was to create a place that feels like a home. The property is located in a gated community, which provides 24/7 security and a real sense of calm, even when the rest of Goa is buzzing.
The Pool Experience
The swimming pool is the centrepiece of the complex. It is a large, resort-style pool framed by palm trees and greenery. It’s quiet, clean, and feels almost private, especially in the evenings when you can just unwind after a long day of exploring. It is not a place for loud parties, but rather a spot to relax and reset.
Balconies for Every Mood
I’ve set up two distinct outdoor spaces:
- The Morning Balcony: This features yellow chairs and a side table. It’s where I personally sit with my chai to listen to the birds and enjoy the fresh air.
- The Cozy Corner: The second balcony features wicker seating and is a bit more secluded—great if you want to read or just have some space to yourself.
Practical Details for Your Stay
- Safety: Both balconies are fitted with safety netting, which is essential if you are travelling with family.
- Access: You are close enough to the main Siolim hubs to get anything you need, but far enough that the noise stays away.
- Timing: This space is best suited for those looking for a short-term rental during the peak months of December and January. It is a functional, comfortable 2BHK that I use myself, so I keep it maintained exactly how I would want it if I were staying there.
