My Goan Escape
This apartment in Siolim is my way of switching off from a hectic life. After years in the legal field, I needed my own corner, and honestly, yahan ka sukoon (the peace here) is different. I’ve tried to keep the place homely, not fancy - just comfortable enough for myself and anyone who wants to experience a real Goa holiday rental.
What’s Inside
- Two bedrooms, each with its own vibe - Green Room is calm, earthy, with balcony access; Blue Room is lively, full of light and colour.
- Open living and dining space, high ceilings, perfect for chilling after the beach or grabbing a meal.
- Two balconies - one with yellow chairs facing greenery, another cozy spot with a wicker seat. I spend mornings here with chai.
The Pool & Surroundings
- The complex has a big swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees. Feels like a private pool retreat, especially in the evenings.
- Lots of natural calm, but you’re close to the buzz when you want it.

My Story
Mera naam Kapil Sankhla hai. Pata hai, lawyer banna itna aasan nahi tha, especially jab koi support nahi ho (it's not easy to be a lawyer, especially with no support). First generation lawyer hoon, toh struggle meri story ka hissa hai. Aaj bhi, main young lawyers ko guide karna pasand karta hoon. Courtroom ke bahar bhi life hai - gym jaana, family ke saath waqt bitana, good food, travel, sab kuch enjoy karta hoon. Kaam bhi, zindagi bhi - dono mein legacy chahiye.

My Approach - 25+ saal ka experience hai. Har detail pe focus karta hoon, kyunki law mein choti cheez bhi badi ho sakti hai.
