Hey, I’m Sanjay Nayak. Powerlifter, not a bodybuilder. Winning gold medals is cool, but for me, it’s about being strong, not handsome. I’ve failed plenty, torn muscles, got injured—still here. Powerlifting isn’t a hobby, it’s my life. You gotta be your own biggest supporter, even when nobody’s clapping. Real strength is showing up, no matter what.
