Workshops & Community

These workshops are a space to deepen your practice away from daily routine. I guide beginners through the fundamentals of Ashtanga and help experienced practitioners refine their sadhana, exploring both the asana and the philosophy of the lineage. We build a powerful energy practicing together, learning and sharing as a community.

My Sadhana: A Glimpse into My Practice

My mat is where I connect with myself through daily, disciplined practice. This is a look into my personal sadhana, moving through the Primary and Intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga. It includes the dynamic flow of vinyasa, deep backbends, grounding forward folds, and challenging inversions and arm balances that define this transformative path.

The Source: My Journey in Mysore

My practice is deeply rooted in the parampara, or lineage, of Ashtanga yoga as taught in Mysore by my Guru, Sharath Jois. These are moments from my regular trips to the shala, a place of immense energy and tapasya, where I continue to study and deepen my connection to the source of this tradition.

A Holistic Yogic Life

Yoga extends far beyond the mat; it is a holistic way of life that I strive to embody. This includes mindful eating, observing sacred days like Ekadashi and Navratri for inner cleansing, and connecting with nature. It is about integrating the principles of yoga into every aspect of daily living.

Yogic Philosophy & Reflections

The physical practice of asana is a gateway to a deeper philosophical inquiry. Here, I share reflections on yogic principles like dedication, detachment, and self-study, drawn from ancient scriptures and the wisdom of my teachers. These concepts are the foundation that gives the physical practice its profound meaning.
