Food & Beverage
- Welcome: Assorted mocktails and passed tray hors d'oeuvres (4 Veg, 4 Non-Veg including Fish/Chicken).
- Live Stations: 2 on-site preparation counters (Pasta, Chaat, or Tawa Fry).
- Main Buffet: 3 Non-Veg gravies (Mutton/Chicken/Fish), Paneer specialties, seasonal veg, Dal, breads, and flavoured rice.
- Dessert: 3 items including hot Indian sweets, ice cream, and pudding.
Decor & Logistics
- Stage: 20-30ft wide setup with fabric draping and mixed floral arrangements (Artificial + Fresh).
- Seating: Round tables with overlays and Tiffany-style or banquet chairs with sash ties.
- Entrance: Floral archway with carpeted aisle and standing floral pillars.
- Service: Uniformed waiters (1:15 ratio), crockery, cutlery, and basic PA system.
