Intimate Celebration Decor (Up to 100 Pax)
Stage & Backdrop
- Backdrop Structure: A customized 8ft x 8ft setup featuring a sequin wall (Gold/Silver/Black), printed theme flex, or fabric drapes with fairy lights.
- Design Elements: Includes an organic balloon arch (pastel/chrome) or an artificial floral arrangement mixed with fresh greens like Eucalyptus.
- Cake Station: A dedicated zone with 3 cylinder pedestals or a skirted table, complete with a cake stand and soft spotlighting.
Entrance & Welcome
- Signage: Personalized welcome sign on a foam board displayed on a wooden or gold metal easel.
- Flooring: A minimal red carpet or turf runner at the entry (up to 10ft).
Guest Setup
- Table Decor: Styling for 10 round tables including colored satin runners and non floral centerpieces like glass hurricanes or lanterns.
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED Par cans positioned to highlight the main backdrop.
