My Story
Hum log Reflexx Squad hai - bas ek studio nahi, poora family vibe hai. Movement ka junoon hai hum mein. Roz yahan chhote chhote miracles hote hain - ek bachchi jo jump nahi kar paati thi, ab wall spin karti hai. Kisi ka pehla backflip, kisi ka level up - sab milke clap karte hain. Har step pe 'main kar sakta hoon' wali feeling milti hai. Yahi reason hai ki hum sab yahan hain.
My Work
What We Teach - Gymnastics, Parkour classes for kids, Tricking workshops, Calisthenics for adults, and fun Zumba sessions for all.
For All Ages - Yahan 4 se 50 tak sab aa sakte hain, bas himmat chahiye. No experience needed, just show up!
Our Level System - Proper syllabus hai - jaise jaise seekhte ho, level up karte ho, and we all celebrate together.
