Chikmagalur Expedition: Mullayanagiri & Hebbe Falls
Logistics & Transport
- Round Trip: Bangalore to Bangalore via Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus (Push-back seats).
- Pickups: Friday night (approx 10:00 PM) from major city hubs.
- Jeep Transfer: Hired 4x4 Jeep ride (30-45 mins) for off-road terrain to Hebbe Falls or Z-Point base.
Accommodation
- Type: Traditional Malnad Homestay within coffee plantations.
- Setup: Dormitory style or 4-5 sharing rooms with bunk beds/mattresses.
- Facilities: Shared common washrooms (Indian/Western mix) and limited hot water availability.
Meals
- Inclusions: 2 Breakfasts, 1 Packed Lunch, 1 Dinner.
- Cuisine: Local Malnad buffet style.
- Non-Veg: Chicken curry/dry dish included for dinner.
Activities
- Trekking: Guided hikes to Mullayanagiri Peak and Baba Budangiri.

- Gokarna & Coastal Karnataka: Clean beaches, backwater boating, iconic temples, and hidden forts
- Coorg: Misty mornings, endless coffee estates, peaceful monasteries
- Hampi: Ruins, boulders, ancient stories everywhere
- Sometimes, we explore Dandeli, Dudhsagar, Sakleshpura, and even Kashmir if the gang is up for it
