My Story

Since 1999, we’ve been a wild bunch—my husband, my son, and me. Always moving, always growing, sometimes sweating buckets together. My heart bursts watching my boy turn into a kind vegan warrior. Plant-based life? Compassion first, friends not food. Gave up dairy—should’ve done it sooner. We travel, dance, chase mountains and waves. People ask, ‘Where are you?’ not ‘How are you?’ That’s me.
