My Story
People always ask - why do I keep going, even with bones like an old man? 26 fractures, torn MCL, popped shoulder, all that jazz. But I love this grind. Now, pushing back to 80kg, heavy lifting, not for the ‘look’, but the feel. Age is ticking, but I’m not slowing down. It’s about smart, controlled moves. Cheers.
