Training: The Science of the Grind

My training philosophy is built on heavy basics, intensity, and executing every set to failure. I don't believe in random workouts; every movement is programmed to build real muscle and find the form that works for your specific body structure.

The Blunt Truth: PEDs, Health & Longevity

I speak straight. Professional bodybuilding requires Performance Enhancing Drugs, and I provide guidance on safe, stable dosing protocols with a "less is more" approach. Your health is the top priority, which is why I emphasize regular blood work monitoring and therapies for long-term joint and organ health.

Fueling the Machine: Nutrition & Supplementation

Nutrition is about fueling growth, not starvation. My plans are built around big meals, whole foods that suit our Indian genetics, and smart supplementation to support digestion, recovery, and overall health. I also provide honest breakdowns of supplements, from creatine to my own chicken protein isolate.

The Coach's Corner: Seminars & Interviews

There is a big difference between a coach and a trainer. I believe in educating the fitness community with real, practical knowledge. This is a collection of my appearances at seminars, workshops, and on podcasts where I share the "kadwa sach" of bodybuilding.

The Mind of a Champion

Bodybuilding is as much a mental sport as it is a physical one. This is my philosophy on what it takes to succeed. It's about embracing the "sadhana" and "tapasya" (discipline and penance), learning from failure, and having the "zidd" (stubbornness) to never give up.
