Sacred Mandalas and Rangoli Art for Vedic Rituals
Pooja is more than just mantra chanting; it is art and meditation. I create intricate, hand-drawn mandalas and rangolis to set a sacred space and channel divine energy for your rituals.
A large, geometric Sri Chakra mandala, meticulously created with colored powders. This yantra is a representation of the cosmos and the divine mother, used in rituals for prosperity and spiritual evolution.
An intricate Naga mandala for a Narasimha-focused ritual. The interwoven serpent patterns are designed to appease the serpent deities and neutralize related doshas.
A unique rangoli of Ganesha's face depicted within an elephant's head. This artistic representation shows the remover of obstacles in a powerful form, created for a special pooja.
A special rangoli depicting Lord Rama and the revered saint Raghavendra Swami. This was created for a specific devotional ceremony to seek their combined blessings.
A detailed rangoli of Lord Vishnu surrounded by serpents, prepared for a Kalasarpa dosha remedy. The artwork is central to the ritual's effectiveness.
A large-scale Sarpa Mandala, covering a significant area of the floor. The size and complexity of the mandala are tailored to the specific requirements of the Ashlesha Bali pooja.
A collection of different mandalas prepared for a single, elaborate ceremony. This shows the various deities being invoked, including Narasimha and Ganesha, for a comprehensive ritual.
About this collection
When you book a ritual featuring a large mandala, please account for 3 to 4 hours of setup time before the ceremony begins. I create these patterns by hand using colored powders and fresh flowers on your floor, so I will need a dedicated, undisturbed space to complete the art and set up the altar properly.
In the Vedic tradition, a pooja is a complete sensory experience. While the chanting creates the vibration, the visual element—the mandala or rangoli—serves as the anchor for the deity's presence. These are not merely floor decorations. They are sacred geometric yantras, used as conduits for specific energies.
For standard ceremonies, I use geometric designs drawn with rice flour. However, for more intensive rituals like the Ashlesha Bali or a Durga Homa, I create large, detailed depictions of deities on the floor. This process is my meditation. When I draw a Sarpa Mandala for Naga Dosha remedies, every line is intentional, meticulously placed to appease the serpent deities and work towards neutralizing the planetary doshas identified in your birth chart.
My signature rituals involve a 4x6ft floor art piece, which requires significant preparation labor. I bring all the necessary materials, including the specialized powders, several kilograms of loose marigold and jasmine, and the altar setup. This preparation is the foundation of the ritual—if the space is not consecrated with the right energy, the fire ceremony that follows loses its focus. Whether you are seeking a simple protection ritual or a complex remedy for Saturn (Shani) or Mars (Kuja) afflictions, the goal is always to create a space that feels peaceful and sanctified. If you are unsure which specific remedy or deity worship suits your current life challenges, we can start with a 1-on-1 diagnostic consultation to review your horoscope.
