Yoga isn’t about pulling off fancy poses or keeping a serious face. For me, it’s a mix of comfort, laughter, and yes, sometimes falling flat on your mat. I believe yoga is for every body, no matter your size, shape, or how bendy you are. We all start somewhere - and honestly, goof-ups are part of the fun.

Personal Yoga Sessions

If you want something tailored just for you, I’m all in. My one-on-one sessions are fully customized. We work on your flexibility, strength, or even just sorting out that annoying back pain from sitting at a desk too long. I’ll guide you step by step, focusing on what feels good and safe for your body. And since everything’s on Zoom, it doesn’t matter if you’re chilling in Bengaluru or Berlin - we just need a mat and decent WiFi.

Group Classes With a Twist

Group classes are my jam when you want that community vibe. My bunch is a mix of students, professionals, and even total beginners. We keep it light, help each other out, and there’s always space for questions or a quick “arre yaar, yeh kaise hota hai?” (Oh man, how does this work?). Everyone’s welcome.

For Newbies and Seasoned Yogis

Never tried yoga? No stress. We start simple - think Surya Namaskara and basic stretches. Want to push your limits? We break down advanced asanas, using props if you need. I’ll always check in with you, so you don’t end up stuck like a pretzel.

My Story

People know me as a yoga instructor, but I’m also a lawyer—yoga and cheese, that’s my balance! My Guru Sri Krishnamurthy Sir shaped my journey. I mess up postures, laugh, learn, and try again. Yoga’s not just a workout, it’s comfort for mind and body. Whether it’s a festival habba or a plain Tuesday, I love sharing this art. Yoga is for everyone, no matter your story.

My Work

Yoga sessions for every need - I teach personal training, group classes, Aerial Yoga for beginners, corporate wellness yoga sessions, and university workshops.

No judgment, just yoga - All bodies welcome. My classes are open, chill, and you can start wherever you are.

Stretch to heal modern aches - Lots of focus on stretches and yoga for back pain relief, especially for desk-job folks. Relief comes quick!

Mixing old and new - We do Surya Namaskara and Pranayama, but also playful stuff like Aerial Yoga. It’s about finding your balance.

Feel, don’t just pose - Forget perfect postures. My classes are about breathwork, flow, and inner healing. The pain, the stretch, the laugh—all part of it.
