I’m Prajna, and for me, yoga isn’t about perfection - it’s about getting real with yourself and sharing that. If you want to go deeper in your own practice or help others start their journey, my teacher training is designed for you, no matter how flexible you are or what you look like.

What You’ll Get Out of This

  • Build a strong base in all the core parts of yoga: asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yoga nidra.
  • Loads of hands-on practice, with a focus on yoga anatomy and alignment so you can teach safely and confidently.
  • Tips on using props, giving adjustments, and adapting classes for all kinds of bodies. I really believe yoga is for everybody, so we’ll get into inclusive yoga instruction.
  • Join a group of folks who are just as passionate and curious as you.

How I Teach

  • Classes are always interactive and down-to-earth. I keep things practical, make sure everyone feels welcome, and encourage you to ask questions.
  • You’ll get real feedback and learn how to break things down for future students, not just memorize scripts.

Your Certification

  • You’ll finish with a 200-hour yoga certification that’s Yoga Alliance RYT-200 recognized. That means you can teach almost anywhere.

My Story

Hey, I’m Prajna from Mangalore! My dad always said, work hard, laugh harder – so I do both. I’m his beta (daughter), still grounded, even when I’m upside down on a mountain or beach doing asanas. Honestly, movement is medicine for me. I love nature, wander everywhere, sometimes doing yoga by the river or on rooftops. My thing? Making movement fun and freeing, wherever you are.

My Work

Yoga & Aerial Yoga Classes - I teach group, personal, and corporate classes. Kids too! Special love for Hatha Yoga and aerial yoga for beginners.

Nature Inspired Yoga Sessions - I mix movement with nature – classes can be playful, outdoorsy, and always welcoming for all levels.

Sound Meditation & Yogic Detox Retreats - I run workshops for sound meditation and shatkarma detox. Good vibes, deep healing.

Aerial Yoga Fun - Ever wanted to fly? Hammocks, inversions, core strength, and laughter. Come fly with me!
