I’m all about making fitness feel like it fits you—no matter if you’re just starting or already in the groove. My mantra is simple: come as you are. That means no pressure, just honest movement and that brilliant feeling of being alive.

What Training with Me Feels Like

Personal training is personal, so I get to know what matters to you. We’ll mix yoga flows, strength training, HIIT, and mindful fitness routines, but I’ll tailor everything to your pace and lifestyle.

  • Resistance and strength training for women is a big focus, since I know many of us didn’t grow up thinking about muscle.
  • Consistency matters more than perfection. I work with crazy schedules, and sessions can be in-person here in Bangalore or online.
  • Sessions kick off with mobility, use dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and wrap up with stretching so you’re not just stronger, but also moving better in daily life.
  • I bring energy from my WARRIOR Rhythm and Strength formats so things stay fun and never stale.

Want to shake up your team’s mood? My workplace wellness sessions are designed for real connection and energy. The WARRIOR Rhythm format blends movement and music, making it easy for teams to bond and boost mental health. My Story

Hey, I’m Usha. I’m that person who’ll probably dance in the rain and laugh too loud at my own jokes. Always chasing the next adventure - be it a Kerala road trip or a random beach in Thailand. I started Liminal Haven retreats because I’m obsessed with mindful movement and living happy. I switch between fitness avatar and 'not so sanskari' (not-so-traditional) me - life’s all about vibing, growing, and keeping that inner kid alive.

Group Fitness & Personal Training - I run Warrior Rhythm yoga fusion, Warrior Strength functional training, spinning, plus personal sessions for all levels.

Certified Warrior Instructor Training - Aspiring trainers can join my certified Warrior Instructor Training workshops to level up and teach Warrior formats.

Feel Good Vibe Sessions - My classes are all about self-acceptance, moving to soulful music, and building a real community. No boring workouts here.
