I’m Usha and my group fitness classes are all about showing up as you are, no filter needed. I mix movement and mindfulness, so you get that full-on body-mind-soul boost. You don’t have to be fit to start - just have to want to move with a little joy.

The Vibe

Every class is a mix of energy, music, and support. We’re a full-on community, not just a bunch of people working out in the same room. If you need a push, you’ll get it. If you want to disappear into the music, that works too.

What You’ll Experience

  • Warrior Rhythm: Think yoga, but with a rebel twist. We flow, lift dumbbells, and go HIIT style, all set to playlists that slap (from Pop to EDM). It’s more “let’s move” than “let’s meditate.”
  • Warrior Strength: Two-part classes for real-world strength. First half is about getting your heart rate up, second half is weight training. Simple, sweaty, and actually fun.
  • Indoor Cycling: It’s a party on wheels, with lights, beats, and a vibe that makes you want to pedal harder. We hype each other up and end with a mindful cooldown.

Who’s It For?

Anybody. Really. If you want a beginner-friendly fitness community or you’re already smashing it, I’ve got options for you. No pressure to keep up, just participate.

My Story

Hey, I’m Usha. I’m that person who’ll probably dance in the rain and laugh too loud at my own jokes. Always chasing the next adventure - be it a Kerala road trip or a random beach in Thailand. I started Liminal Haven retreats because I’m obsessed with mindful movement and living happy. I switch between fitness avatar and 'not so sanskari' (not-so-traditional) me - life’s all about vibing, growing, and keeping that inner kid alive.

My Work

Group Fitness & Personal Training - I run Warrior Rhythm yoga fusion, Warrior Strength functional training, spinning, plus personal sessions for all levels.

Certified Warrior Instructor Training - Aspiring trainers can join my certified Warrior Instructor Training workshops to level up and teach Warrior formats.

Feel Good Vibe Sessions - My classes are all about self-acceptance, moving to soulful music, and building a real community. No boring workouts here.
