I see food as more than just taste or calories - it’s the real fuel my body needs. I’ve spent years figuring out how to make my kitchen a place for healing and energy, not just another stop before the couch. Most of us have drifted far from natural eating, so I’m here to help you get back to basics.

What I Teach

My approach goes beyond ‘just vegan’. I follow a whole food plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. That means:

  • Everything is made from whole, unprocessed plants: fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds.
  • No animal products at all, and also no oil, no refined sugar (not even jaggery), and no maida.
  • I use dates for sweetness and things like coconut (kobri) for good fats.
  • It's not about being strict for the sake of it - it’s about using food to prevent or reverse lifestyle diseases.
