What Happens in Our Workshops

• Every session is hands-on - you get your own bar setup, not just a demo. Our resident mixologists walk you through all the basics, but there’s plenty of room for you to get creative.
• We’ve got a thing for stories. Like, did you know punch has roots in India? Sometimes, we’ll throw in a Mystery Box Round where you invent a drink on the spot.
• You’ll see Indian ingredient cocktails pop up often in our menus - kokum, jaggery, tulsi, all sorts of local stuff.
• Not only cocktails - we run kombucha brewing workshops, coffee making experiences with Indian beans, and even Japanese tea ceremonies. There’s something for everyone, even if you don’t drink alcohol.

It’s like walking into a friend’s kitchen party. No need to know anything in advance. We bring all the gear, you just bring your curiosity. Nobody’s judging - we want it to be chill, chatty, and honestly a bit messy sometimes.
