I know what it’s like to feel lost after having a baby. Getting strong again wasn’t quick or straightforward for me, and I realized most fitness advice just didn’t fit the chaos of real motherhood. This isn’t about “bouncing back” - it’s about actually building back, slowly, with care.

Every mom’s journey is different - start when you’re ready, even months later. If you had a vaginal birth (uncomplicated), you can usually start pretty soon. For C-section or tricky births, wait till your doc says okay.

My Story

Hi, I’m Ankita, founder of Tribher. Used to be all about running, coaching marathons, thinking I had fitness sorted. Then I had a baby – and wow, everything flipped. My body felt weird, old routines didn’t work. Started digging into real science for moms, not just generic gym stuff. Turns out, loads of women feel lost too. That’s why I built Tribher – a community for us to talk, heal, and get strong, not just bounce back. We move forward, together.
