Honestly, most folks jump straight into tracking cycles and doctor visits when thinking about having a baby. I get it, but I learned from my own experience that prepping your body first makes everything smoother. Think of this as setting up a cozy, strong home for your little one before they even arrive.

What I Do Differently

My program isn’t about just working out - it’s about doing the right things for your fertility. Over about 12-16 weeks, I blend hormone balancing workouts with mindful movement. We focus on stuff that actually affects your chances of getting pregnant and how you’ll feel during and after.

  • Pelvic floor strengthening for conception? We do gentle, targeted moves so your body’s ready for all the changes ahead.
  • Stress reduction for fertility - we use yoga, meditation and breathwork because a calm body helps more than you think.
  • Core stability before pregnancy: I’ll help you build strength where it matters, not just for pregnancy but for recovery after.

I run live online classes, and if you’re in Bangalore, you can also drop by my Koramangala studio for sessions. This journey can feel heavy, but you don’t have to go solo. I’m here to walk you through it, keeping it real and focusing on what actually works.

My Story

Hi, I’m Ankita, founder of Tribher. Used to be all about running, coaching marathons, thinking I had fitness sorted. Then I had a baby – and wow, everything flipped. My body felt weird, old routines didn’t work. Started digging into real science for moms, not just generic gym stuff. Turns out, loads of women feel lost too. That’s why I built Tribher – a community for us to talk, heal, and get strong, not just bounce back. We move forward, together.
