No bans, no fads, no nonsense. I don’t believe in magic pills or “quick fixes.” We’re in this for real, long-term change. You want rice, potatoes, a reward meal? We'll fit them in. Restriction only leads to failure. My plans are built for the long haul, using an evidence-based sports diet and habits you can actually stick with.
