Yoga, for me, is way beyond bending and stretching. It’s more like a quiet chat between breath and mind, pulling me back to my roots every single day. I’ve learned to find calm in chaos and want to help you do the same. It’s not just about how flexible you are - it’s about feeling at home in your own body.
I always start off with some simple Sukshma Vyayam (warm-ups), then we shift to asanas and breathing work. You’ll get a mix of Vinyasa flow, core strength, deep stretching, and sometimes we’ll throw in Chakrasana or Bakasana if you’re up for it. If your joints feel stiff, I’ve got the Pawanmuktasana series to help loosen things up. We wrap up with cool-down and Yoga Nidra so you leave feeling lighter.
I teach both personal and group yoga classes. If you want one-on-one guidance for alignment, back pain, or even yoga for hormonal balance, we can focus on that. For those who love group energy, my community yoga groups are chill and supportive - online yoga classes in Bangalore or offline, you pick.
My sessions fit everyone - total beginners, folks wanting to level up, anyone looking for stress relief or just a better way to move. I also offer beginner-friendly yoga sessions and special classes for women’s health or kids.

Mind Body Connection - We break energy blocks with Shakti Bandha Asanas, chant, do breathwork, and find balance beyond just poses.
Props Make It Easier - Blocks, wheels, belts – I use them all. Helps you get steady and comfy in every pose, no stress.
Special Focus: Women’s Health - Yoga for hormone balance, menstrual health, and building strength. Women’s wellbeing is super close to my heart.
