The silk hammock hanging in the studio isn’t just a prop - it’s your partner up there.
We use the aerial yoga hammock for moves that mix classic yoga with acrobatics. It’s all rooted in Indian yoga philosophy, but adds a playful twist. Even if you’re new, the hammock supports you, making yoga inversions for beginners totally doable. You’ll find yourself in poses you never thought possible, feeling safe and held.
If you’re chasing a challenge, aerial yoga is serious about core strength. We work every muscle, even the tiny ones that help you balance. Some days, you’ll feel powerful. Other days, the hammock will remind you where you’re still learning.
I plan each class so you flow smoothly from one pose to the next, hitting everything from flying split to inverted crunches. You don’t have to get everything right. You just need to show up and give yourself a chance to fly.

All round Yoga Classes, Online & Offline - I teach holistic yoga – group, personal, Vinyasa, couple yoga, kids yoga, Chair Yoga for seniors, aerial yoga.
Yoga for Every Body - Beginners or pros, I make yoga easy. Chair Yoga for seniors, gentle ‘Sukshma Vyayam’ for joints, everyone’s welcome.
Mind Body Connection - We break energy blocks with Shakti Bandha Asanas, chant, do breathwork, and find balance beyond just poses.
Props Make It Easier - Blocks, wheels, belts – I use them all. Helps you get steady and comfy in every pose, no stress.
Special Focus: Women’s Health - Yoga for hormone balance, menstrual health, and building strength. Women’s wellbeing is super close to my heart.
