Absolute newbie? Want to try your first downward dog or just touch your toes without wincing? Cool, let’s start from scratch. Already deep in your practice and want to tackle something tough? We set goals together, and then go step by step.
If you’re in Bangalore, we can meet one-on-one. Not in town? No stress, I do virtual yoga sessions too. We use props, take things slow, and keep it real.
Progress is messy, but that’s the fun part. We show up, fall, laugh, and get a little better each time.
