Yoga, for me, isn’t just about nailing a pose or sweating it out. It’s a way to find your own balance, sometimes in the middle of life’s chaos. I follow the idea from the Gita: real detachment is when nothing controls you. That’s the vibe I bring to every class.

Who I Work With

Absolute newbie? Want to try your first downward dog or just touch your toes without wincing? Cool, let’s start from scratch. Already deep in your practice and want to tackle something tough? We set goals together, and then go step by step.

What I Can Help With

  • Beginner yoga coaching: I’ll guide you on basics, focus on safe moves, and help you feel confident.
  • If you’re chasing those tricky poses—handstands, backbends, splits—I break them down into small drills, so you don’t just jump and flop.
  • Alignment-focused yoga: No shortcuts. I watch your form, tweak your posture, and help you avoid injuries.
  • Yoga for injury recovery: I design routines for issues like frozen shoulder, stiff neck, or scoliosis. We’ll also work on stress and anxiety with breathwork and calming poses.

How We’ll Practice

If you’re in Bangalore, we can meet one-on-one. Not in town? No stress, I do virtual yoga sessions too. We use props, take things slow, and keep it real.

Progress is messy, but that’s the fun part. We show up, fall, laugh, and get a little better each time.

My Story

Nine years in, I still get a kick out of handstands. It’s not just a pose, it’s my obsession, my reason to roll out the mat every day. Airports, home, studio - I’m balancing anywhere I can. Injuries? Yep, been there, learned patience and respect for my bones. Sometimes I flop, sometimes I fly. Laugh, try again, fail better. Yoga’s my inner work too, not just shapes. 'Detachment is that nothing owns you' - that’s what I’m chasing, even in the boring bits.
