I started off in the IT world, honestly not chasing yoga out of some grand passion. It was more curiosity, and then, somehow, it stuck. Not gonna sugarcoat it - sometimes it felt pointless, sometimes magical. But I've seen enough to know if you stick with it, things shift, even if you can't always explain how.

What I Offer

Yoga isn't a magic solution for everything. I run a few focused workshops based on what I've learned and what people actually need - not some one-size-fits-all scene. You’ll find both online and in-person options in Bengaluru.

Arogyam: Foundational Program

  • For ages 13+, anyone wanting a reset
  • 10 or 11 days online, 1.5 hours a day, with flexible timings
  • You’ll get simple yogic practices, spine and joint work, Simhakriya breathing for immunity, guided meditations, and real-talk about a yogic diet (no crazy rules)
  • Ideal for folks looking for holistic wellness programs or yoga for working professionals who want a routine that fits real life

Yoga for Kids

  • Ages 7-13, 7 days online
  • Fun sessions with yoga basics, food tips, and nature activities, all designed to get kids started right. If you’re searching for yoga for kids online, this is for you.

Women-Only Yoga

  • Full month, in-person, women’s yoga workshops in a supportive, safe space
  • Especially helpful if you’re new or dealing with things like PCOS
  • I’ll be like your akka, guiding you step by step

My Story

Started in IT, now deep into inner tech. I had the fancy job, skipped yoga for chai breaks, but one day, I just got hooked. Missed days, struggled to restart, but always came back. Never planned to teach—just wanted to see what all these twists and turns meant. Turns out, I know nothing, and that’s the best part. Teaching at Samsung, walking those cubicles again—life flips, and honestly, it’s beautiful.

Isha Hatha Yoga Programs - We offer Angamardana in Bangalore, Suryakriya, SuryaShakti, Yogasanas for beginners, Bhutashuddhi, Bhastrika, Pranayama, and guided practice sessions.

Step by step Teaching - Starting is tough. We break it down, go slow, so you can really get it. No need to be flexible from day one.

Yoga in Daily Life - We talk about yogic diet tips, small changes—like remembering your stomach is a tiny 'chombu'—to fit yoga into any lifestyle.
