About

I didn’t start yoga out of passion or some big calling. I was in IT, living the so-called dream. Tried yoga on a whim, got hooked, slipped up a few times, came back. I know what it’s like to think all this is just hype, but these classical Isha Hatha Yoga steps have changed how I feel - even though I can’t explain how it works. All I do now is stick to the practices and help others do the same. For me, it’s less about IT, more about “Inner Tech.”

My workshops offer real, no-nonsense Isha Hatha Yoga programs designed by Sadhguru. No contortion, just ancient practices for your physical health, mental calm, and spiritual growth. You pick what suits you:

  • Angamardana: Think of it as a yogic gym. It’s tough but worth it for strength and fitness.
  • Suryakriya: Activates your system, subtler than it looks, and especially good for breathwork.
  • Yogasanas: Slow, meditative, helps you align body and mind.
  • Bhutashuddhi & Breathing: Elemental cleansing and breathing techniques for energy and clarity.

For Beginners and Regulars

If you’re new, I get it - the stiffness, awkward breathing, and all that. I run patient, step-by-step beginner workshops, and many call me akka (elder sister) because I try to keep it real and supportive. If you’re already practicing, join our guided Angamardana sessions in Bengaluru or online Suryakriya practice for beginners. In both, I offer corrections and help you go deeper.

My Story

Started in IT, now deep into inner tech. I had the fancy job, skipped yoga for chai breaks, but one day, I just got hooked. Missed days, struggled to restart, but always came back. Never planned to teach—just wanted to see what all these twists and turns meant. Turns out, I know nothing, and that’s the best part. Teaching at Samsung, walking those cubicles again—life flips, and honestly, it’s beautiful.
