My Story

Hey, I'm Sara. Born in Rasht, Iran, but India feels like another home now. Kashmir’s mountains, wow, felt just like back home! I graduated in physiotherapy here, wore a saree, felt like a boss. Mysore changed me - yoga philosophy hit deep, not just poses. Off the mat, I’m on my black beast (motorcycle), chasing sunsets in Goa or chilling with my cat Lara. Life’s about finding good vibes, loving yourself, and rolling with it.

Physio led Pilates & Yoga Sessions - I teach one-on-one and group classes, online or in-person, with mat or full equipment like Reformer and Cadillac.
