How I Teach

I'm obsessed with good form. Ten perfect reps over thirty sloppy ones, always. My style is hands-on, lots of cues, and helping you actually feel the right muscles firing. We get into that mind-muscle zone so you walk out knowing your body better.

My Story

Hey, I'm Sara. Born in Rasht, Iran, but India feels like another home now. Kashmir’s mountains, wow, felt just like back home! I graduated in physiotherapy here, wore a saree, felt like a boss. Mysore changed me - yoga philosophy hit deep, not just poses. Off the mat, I’m on my black beast (motorcycle), chasing sunsets in Goa or chilling with my cat Lara. Life’s about finding good vibes, loving yourself, and rolling with it.
