I see yoga as a simple, healing practice that works for everyone, not just for those who can twist into complicated poses. My approach is all about helping you feel at home in your own body. For me, "Swasth Arogya Nilaya" means creating a safe space for your health and peace of mind.
Anyone. Doesn't matter if you’re young, older, busy, or dealing with health issues. If you're looking for yoga for chronic pain relief, struggling with low energy, or just want a break from stress, this is for you. Even if you’ve never done yoga before or regular classes feel too much, you’ll fit right in.
Every session is personal. I adapt the practice for you, whether you need gentle yoga for seniors, support with diabetes or PCOS, or help managing arthritis and back pain. I focus on mind-body healing with yoga - lots of breathwork (pranayama), easy movements, and meditation to help with anxiety and overall wellness. There’s support for pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, and even simple programs for staying fit and building immunity.
We keep it relaxed and flexible. You can join online or in-person at my Yeshwanthpur studio. Sessions run morning to evening, and you can pick how often you come. One of my students once said, "Naanu San Yoga na tummba ishta paduttene" (I really like San Yoga). That sense of feeling better - that’s what I want for you too.
