I see pregnancy as a joyful, sacred transformation, not just a phase to be managed. My sessions are all about making you feel at home in your changing body and building a nurturing space for your baby. With me, you get more than just exercise - it’s a full experience for both mind and body, rooted in ancient Indian wisdom.

How I Guide You

  • Each session is a mix of gentle stretching, breathing (pranayama) for labor, and pelvic floor work. I focus a lot on Garbha Sanskar yoga classes, which is about connecting deeply with your baby right from the womb.
  • I’m big on helping you manage pregnancy aches, stay calm, and prep mentally for delivery. Meditation and relaxation are always part of the flow.
  • If you’re feeling anxious, know that yoga for pregnancy anxiety is a core part of what we do.

What You’ll Feel

  • Most moms tell me they end up feeling more active and way calmer, even close to their due date. One even said, “Nanu Syan yogavanna tumbha ishtapaduttene” (I like San Yoga very much) – and that means a lot.
  • After delivery, I help you with pelvic floor yoga postnatal and routines to regain strength, so you can tackle motherhood with confidence.

Sessions happen both online and in my Yeshwanthpur studio, so you can join from wherever you are.

My Story

Namaste, we’re San Yoga Studio, but really, we’re a family. Swasth Arogya Nilaya is our home for holistic health. Yoga isn’t just stretching here – it’s healing, celebrating, living fully. We’ve seen a 73-year-old climb 862 steps, students doing 108 Surya Namaskars and feeling young again. Our community celebrates festivals, supports causes, and chants for soldiers. Chaitanya, Spoorthy, Prachodana – that’s our vibe. Join us, live life the San Yoga way.
