As someone who designs buildings and teaches yoga, I know how easy it is for the mind and body to get out of sync, especially with meetings and deadlines non-stop. I started these sessions to help teams find a breather in the middle of their workday—not just a break, but a way to actually feel better and work better.
Sessions are rooted in authentic practice, drawing from traditional Ashtanga parampara. I offer both online and in-person options across Bengaluru, so teams here or remote can join in. If your team’s new to mindfulness at work, we keep it simple and approachable—no jargon, just what actually helps.
