About

For me, yoga is not a gym workout. I teach the way it was meant to be - rooted in Traditional Hatha Yoga, staying true to the ancient Yoga Sutras. My classes are all about doing each movement right, not just fast. Bahut log sirf pose bana lete hai, par technique galat hoti hai (a lot of people just make the pose, but the technique is wrong), and that's where problems start.

My Teaching Style

  • Focus is always on correct technique, slow progress, and tuning breath with movement.
  • I guide you through the journey between poses, not just the final shape.
  • Whether you’re trying your first Downward Dog or want to master inversions, we go step by step.

Who Can Join

  • Complete beginners, kids (7+ years), seniors, and those with specific goals are all welcome.
  • We use props for support, especially when starting out.
  • If you want personal attention, I offer Hatha Yoga personal sessions tailored just for you.
  • Group classes are in my Arekere studio or online - flexibility for your schedule.

What We Practice

  • Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and some cleansing kriyas.
  • I have seen yoga help with weight loss, PCOD and thyroid management, back pain relief, and mental health.
  • Morning and evening sessions, both online and offline.

Yoga is for har koi (everyone). Consistency matters more than flexibility. If you’re ready to give it a real try, I’ll guide you at your own pace.

My Story

Hello ji, welcome to Sanatan Yoga Studio. My journey with yoga started when I was struggling with PCOD and weighed 95kgs. No fancy diets, no shortcuts – just old-school yoga and simple routines. Lost 30kgs, reversed my PCOD, and found real magic in yoga. Our studio is like one big family – we celebrate, we support, we grow together. Students’ progress, their happiness, that’s what matters here. With patience and Adiyogi’s blessings, kuch bhi ho sakta hai (anything is possible).

My Work

Yoga Classes for All - We teach traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and special classes for kids, seniors, and corporates.

Therapy Based Yoga - Students have reversed PCOD, lost weight, managed anxiety, and fixed health issues with our approach.

No Fancy Moves, Just Real Yoga - We focus on correct practice, supervision, and safe progress – no shortcuts or show-off poses.

Complete Yoga System - We also teach pranayama, bandhas, and kriyas like Jal Neti for full well-being.
