Everyone wants quick results, but I’ll be honest—one week alli hotte karagodu (melting belly in a week) isn’t how it works. I’m your trainer, not a miracle worker. Here, you’ll sweat, laugh, and sometimes grumble, but you’ll always move closer to your goal.

How Sessions Work

Each personal training session is all about you. I watch your form closely, make sure you’re safe, and I’ll keep you motivated even when you feel like giving up. Your plan? Handcrafted for your body and your fitness level—never one-size-fits-all.

Our Vibe

We work hard, but we have fun too. You’ll see the ‘NO EXCUSE ZONE’ sign, but also plenty of jokes and funny videos. Some days, it feels like comedy central—workout maadi andre bari tinnode yochane! (say workout, they start thinking about food!).

My Story

Hey, I'm Shilpa. RR Iron Fitness is where we sweat, joke, and do Ayudha Pooja like one big family. My gym’s got potlucks, cheet meals (cheat meals), actors prepping for movie roles, and regular folks just trying to show up. Some days, trainer’s struggle is real, but we laugh it off. Fitness here isn’t punishment, it’s a journey with lots of 'trainer rock, trainee shock' moments. You’ll find more smiles than six-packs, promise.

Body Transformation - From celebrity prep to first-timers, I help with real body transformations, not quick fixes.

Community & Fun - We’re a fitness family gym - funny reels, Ayudha Pooja workouts, and support all the way.
