Let's be real - there’s no shortcut to real body transformation. I see folks come in and say, “madam, one week alli hotte karagisbeku” (madam, reduce my belly in one week). Aiyyo! If only it was that simple. I work with people who are ready to give it time and effort - not those looking for magic.

How We Roll

  • We track progress with before and after pics. No drama, just evidence.
  • The process is equal parts workout, diet, and mindset. Adu bere workout madbeku! (You’ve got to actually do the workout!)
  • Nutrition is half the battle. Don’t think “workout maadi” means you can eat anything!

My Story

Hey, I'm Shilpa. RR Iron Fitness is where we sweat, joke, and do Ayudha Pooja like one big family. My gym’s got potlucks, cheet meals (cheat meals), actors prepping for movie roles, and regular folks just trying to show up. Some days, trainer’s struggle is real, but we laugh it off. Fitness here isn’t punishment, it’s a journey with lots of 'trainer rock, trainee shock' moments. You’ll find more smiles than six-packs, promise.
