This place? It's all about community. I’m Shilpa, and my group training is nothing like those boring gym routines. Here, we sweat, laugh, and sometimes even grumble together - but always as a squad. You’ll find people cheering you on, not judging you.

How We Train

  • Dance & Aerobics: Friday and Saturday, we turn up the music and go full-on with dance-based group workouts. Energy is always high, and honestly, it feels more like a party than a workout sometimes.
  • Functional Training: Expect a lot of movement - squats, lunges, battle ropes, kettlebells, and dumbbells. I mix in group functional training so you get stronger for real life, not just for the mirror.
  • Small Group Focus: Some sessions are smaller, so I can give you that extra push or correct your form. You get the squad energy plus a bit of personal attention.

Reality Check

I’ll be upfront - one week alli hotte karagalla (belly won’t vanish in a week). Fitness is slow and steady. You gotta keep showing up. Adu bere workout madbeku! (You actually have to work out!). I’ll motivate you, but you need to bring your own commitment.

Who’s in the Squad?

Anyone and everyone - beginners, pros, men, women. Our girl gang is strong, 'fit moms' are legends, and couples join for special partner sessions. Basically, if you’re ready to try, you’ll fit in.

Final Note

Fitness is a long road, but we'll have each other's backs. Just don’t be that person who comes for the workout but only thinks about the snacks (workout maadi andre bari tinnode yochane!). Let’s get stronger together, one class at a time.

My Story

Hey, I'm Shilpa. RR Iron Fitness is where we sweat, joke, and do Ayudha Pooja like one big family. My gym’s got potlucks, cheet meals (cheat meals), actors prepping for movie roles, and regular folks just trying to show up. Some days, trainer’s struggle is real, but we laugh it off. Fitness here isn’t punishment, it’s a journey with lots of 'trainer rock, trainee shock' moments. You’ll find more smiles than six-packs, promise.

Body Transformation - From celebrity prep to first-timers, I help with real body transformations, not quick fixes.

Community & Fun - We’re a fitness family gym - funny reels, Ayudha Pooja workouts, and support all the way.

No Shortcuts - Agalla sir! (Not possible, sir!) Commitment beats excuses. You gotta show up and work.
