I make pickles and chutneys the way my family taught me - with love, patience, and a dash of adventure. Every jar comes straight from my kitchen in Cooke Town, and honestly, it’s never just a “product” to me. You’ll find a bit of tradition, some wild experiments, and plenty of heart in every spoonful.

Flavours from My Kitchen

  • Goan Prawn Balchao: If you’ve ever wanted to taste the coast, this is it. Loaded with juicy prawns, Goan spices, cinnamon and chilies - this seafood pickle brings a proper punch to any meal. Yeah, it’s non-veg and unapologetically bold.
  • Tomato & Apple Chutney: Slow-cooked, sweet, tangy, and way more interesting than any store-bought spread. I use ripe tomatoes and fresh apples, so it’s got real depth. Seriously, try it with cheese or just on toast - it goes with almost anything.

Hampers & Gifting

During Christmas, I put together boxes that actually feel festive - not just “gift baskets”. These include:

My Story

Hey, I’m Rochelle and my kitchen’s my happy place. Food for me isn’t just about recipes - it’s a bit of soul, a lot of heart. My Goan and Mangalorean roots sneak into everything I make, whether it’s a spicy Beef Chily Fry or that Crab Sukka everyone loves. I just want folks to feel at home, maybe even sit down for tea and Baked Blueberry Yoghurt, and chat away. That’s what makes it special for me.
