I care more about what your body can pull off than looks. For me, fitness is about real life - feeling strong, moving better, and just living zindagi badi honi chahiye (life should be grand). I want you to feel at home in your own skin, whether it’s nailing your first pull-up or just feeling less stuck in your body.

What We’ll Work On

  • Handstand Progression Tips: We start from zero, building shoulder and core strength. No shortcuts. From wall holds to freestanding, I’ll break it down stepwise with stuff like parallettes.
  • Pull-up Training Plan: Pull-ups and I? Bit of a love-hate thing, but I’ve cracked the code. We’ll build up to your first rep and level up from there - skin the cat, levers, rope climbs, all that advanced bar work once you’re ready.
  • Core Strength Bodyweight Exercises: Think L-sits, static holds, plus some yoga-inspired moves. Your core is the engine for everything here.
  • Mobility and Strength: I mix calisthenics, strength work, and yoga. Sounds odd, but it works - you end up strong and bendy, like a pretzel (but a tough one).

Real Talk

My Story

I’m Vaishnavi, and honestly, I’m always chasing something new. One day I’m upside down practicing handstands, next day I’m dragging myself through a marathon (trust me, running isn’t my thing). I’ve tried everything from yoga in Leh to swinging a Gada, even scuba diving. My parents call it 'midnight madness', I call it living. For me, the best part is that moment you’re ready to quit—when you push through, that’s where real magic happens.

What I teach - Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial), calisthenics, Mugdar/Gada strength, and running coaching. All personalized.
